GIFT CARD FAQ.
How long is an Elite Gift Card valid?
Purchased Elite Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from their date of issue. The exact expiry date is shown on the Gift Card.
Do they have to spend it all at once?
No. If the purchase is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining value stays on the same code for another eligible purchase.
Can a Gift Card pay for the whole booking?
Yes. If the available balance covers the eligible order total, the Gift Card can reduce the amount payable to $0.
Can I choose when the recipient receives it?
Yes. Enter their email and choose a delivery date, or leave the date blank for delivery after your purchase is processed.
Can Gift Cards be exchanged for cash?
They are intended for eligible Elite products and services and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
