No. Coming alone is completely normal and partner rotation is part of learning social Salsa and Bachata.
Perfect. This pathway is specifically designed for absolute beginners and starts from the foundations.
You may not need the Absolute Beginners course. View our group classes to find the more appropriate pathway.
Comfortable clothes you can move in are ideal. Specialist dancewear is not required to start.

No classes run Monday 21 December – Sunday 3 January. This intake pauses and recommences after the break. Students staying on the Gold Coast will also have opportunities to attend Latin dance parties together as a group.

Your Intro to Latin course is the first step. From here, choose the path that suits you - focus on Salsa, Bachata, or both.
Build your first Salsa and Bachata foundations, learn how partner dancing works and discover which style - or styles - you want to explore next.
Continue into an 8-week Salsa Beginners course, an 8-week Bachata Beginners course, or take both pathways and save.
Move into a 6-month Experienced dancers syllabus in your chosen style, building a broader vocabulary, stronger technique, connection, musicality and confidence on the social floor.
Progress into another 6-month Intermediate syllabus, developing more advanced partnerwork, technique, movement and musical interpretation.
For dancers who want to keep progressing, there is no single finish line. Build advanced skills through the options that match your goals.
